This guide follows the exact flow you see on your screen—starting from the Edit Community page, then moving left to right through each section.

STEP 1: Start on “Edit My Community”

From your dashboard:

• Click My Community

• Click Edit my Community

? This is your main control area.

Now click:

• “Edit the Community Business page”

This opens the Business Page Editor.

STEP 2: Work Left → Right (Follow the Page Layout)

When the page opens, do NOT click “Back to Business page” yet.

? First, you need to build everything.

You will now go section by section:

STEP 3: Update Your Page Details (Main Content Section)

This is the box labeled:

“Update your Page Details”

This is the MOST IMPORTANT section.

This is where you explain:

• What your community is about

• What people will get when they subscribe

• Why they should join

What to include:

• Benefits of joining

• What you teach or offer

• Exclusive content

• If you’re a musician: songs, albums, releases

• If you’re a business: services, results, value

STEP 4: Use the Text Editor (Make It Look Clean & Professional)

Use the tools you see in the editor:

• B (Bold): Highlight key points

• I (Italic): Add emphasis

• S: Cross out text

• Format: Create titles and headings

• Font / Size: Adjust style

• Bullet points: Clean, easy-to-read lists

• Numbered lists: Step-by-step structure

• Alignment: Center or organize text

• Link icon: Add clickable links

• Source: Advanced editing (optional)

? Tip: Use bullet points + spacing so your page is easy to read.

STEP 5: Save Your Work

After editing this section:

✅ Click Save/Publish

⚠️ If you don’t save, your changes will NOT show.

STEP 6: Upload Your Video

Scroll to the Upload a video section.

Use your video to:

• Introduce your community

• Explain your value

• Build trust

After uploading:

✅ Click Save/Publish

STEP 7: Upload Your Image (Slider Image)

Scroll to:

Upload Image For Slider

Best Image Size:

• 2500W x 2000H pixels

File Size Rules:

• Max: 1.5MB

• Best: 250KB – 800KB (faster loading)

? Lower file size = faster loading for your audience.

After uploading:

✅ Click Save/Publish

STEP 8: Upload Audio

Scroll to:

Upload your Sample Audio

You can upload:

• Music

• Voice clips

• Previews

After uploading:

✅ Click Save/Publish

STEP 9: VERY IMPORTANT (Save Every Section)

Each section has its own save button.

You must save EVERY time:

• Image → Save

• Video → Save

• Audio → Save

• Text → Save

⚠️ No save = no update.

STEP 10: “Go Back to Edit Community” Button

This button takes you back to:

“Tell your new fans what the community is all about”

? This is your About section.

Important:

• This section controls what shows about your community

• You edit it from the Edit Community page, NOT the business page editor

STEP 11: Preview Your Page (ONLY AFTER YOU FINISH)

Now that everything is set up:

? Click “Back to Business page” (top right)

This shows your live page view.

This is how your audience will see your community.

STEP 12: Image Resizing Tool

Use this tool to resize and compress your images:

This helps you:

• Match the correct size

• Reduce file size

• Improve loading speed

Build in this order:
