Welcome to TeleMoi (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a platform owned and operated by PFJC Digital Inc., based in Ontario, Canada. We are committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy rights.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit TeleMoi.com, use our services, create a community, or subscribe to content (collectively, the "Services"), as well as how we use, share, and protect that data. Your use of the Services is also governed by our TeleMoi Terms and Conditions. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our platform.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, information collected automatically, and information handled by our specialized third-party technical providers.

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: When you register as a Member or Admin (Creator), we collect your name, email address, username, and password.
  • Profile & Community Data: Any information you choose to display on your profile or community page, including bios, profile pictures, social links, and public updates.
  • User Content: Audio, video, images, text, and other media you upload. Content published to public or subscriber feeds is visible to authorized users on the platform.
  • Communications: Inquiries, feedback, and customer support messages sent through our platform or contact channels.

B. Identity Verification & Biometric Data (Creators / Admins)

To maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements, Creators who monetize content must complete mandatory identity verification:
  • We partner with Didit, an independent third-party verification provider, to verify your government-issued photo ID and perform a facial biometric liveness check.
  • Biometric Handling: PFJC Digital Inc. does not receive or store your raw biometric facial scans. Didit securely processes this data and returns only a verification confirmation (pass/fail) along with basic verified identifying details to our platform.

C. Financial & Payment Information (Zero Card-Data Storage)

PFJC Digital Inc. does not collect, view, access, or store your credit card numbers, CVVs, expiration dates, or bank account credentials on our servers.
  • Member Payments: All transactions are processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. When you enter your card details at checkout, that data is submitted directly to Stripe via encrypted, hosted fields (Stripe Elements/Checkout). TeleMoi only receives a secure transaction token, transaction status, and basic non-sensitive reference details (e.g., card brand and the last 4 digits) for customer support records.
  • Creator Payouts: Bank routing numbers, direct deposit details, and tax identification information required for creator payouts are collected, hosted, and managed directly by Stripe through Stripe Connect. TeleMoi does not maintain or host your banking credentials.
  • All financial transactions are subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

D. Information Automatically Collected

When you access or interact with TeleMoi, our systems automatically log:
  • Device and browser attributes (operating system, browser version, device type).
  • Network details, including IP address and general approximate geographic location derived from IP.
  • Platform usage metrics, access timestamps, and interaction logs necessary to prevent system abuse.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We process personal information for the following legitimate purposes:
  • Delivering the Services: Authenticating accounts, facilitating access to subscriber communities, and hosting content.
  • Admin-Member Connectivity: When you join or subscribe to a community, your display name and email address are shared with that community’s Admin so they can communicate with members and deliver content.
  • Fraud Prevention & Platform Security: Monitoring account integrity, verifying seller eligibility, enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy, and stopping illegal activity.
  • Customer Support: Resolving platform issues, technical inquiries, and account disputes.
  • Operational Notices: Sending transactional emails, billing receipts, security updates, and administrative alerts.

3. How and When Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information under strict operational parameters:
  • With Community Admins: By subscribing to a Creator's community, you authorize us to share your account username, display name, and email with that Admin.
  • With Critical Service Providers: We share necessary operational data with verified vendors performing services on our behalf (e.g., Stripe for hosted payments, Didit for ID verification, cloud infrastructure providers, and transactional email systems).
  • For Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable law, search warrant, subpoena, court order, or lawful request by Canadian or international law enforcement.
  • Platform Protection: We disclose information when necessary to investigate potential fraud, enforce our Terms and Conditions, or protect the legal rights, safety, and property of PFJC Digital Inc. and our users.
  • Corporate Transactions: If PFJC Digital Inc. undergoes a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that corporate transaction.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

TeleMoi uses essential cookies and similar session technologies to keep you securely signed in, remember your user settings, and monitor platform performance. You can control or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies will disrupt basic platform functionality, such as keeping you logged into your account.

5. Data Retention and Security

  • Retention: We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, satisfy our statutory legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our contracts.
  • Security Controls: We implement reasonable physical, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. You remain responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

6. Your Privacy Rights (PIPEDA, GDPR, & International Regulations)

Depending on your country or province of residence, you hold specific statutory rights regarding your personal information:
  • Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You may request that we correct inaccurate or outdated personal details.
  • Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to our statutory retention requirements for financial and legal records.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

7. Minors and Children's Privacy

  • Age Limit (Under 13): TeleMoi is strictly prohibited to anyone under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  • Minors Under 18: Individuals between 13 and 18 years of age may only access the platform as Members with parental supervision. Minors are legally barred from creating Admin accounts or selling content directly. Any commercial or creator presence for a minor must be registered, verified via Didit, and legally owned by their parent or legal guardian.
  • If we learn that personal data of a child under 13 has been collected, or that an unverified minor is operating a commercial page, we will immediately disable the account and purge the data.

8. International Transfers

PFJC Digital Inc. is based in Ontario, Canada. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be hosted, processed, and transferred to servers located in Canada, the United States, or other international jurisdictions where our infrastructure partners operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your home jurisdiction.

9. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of an updated policy indicates your acceptance of the revisions.
