2. Platform Integrity and Security
To protect our infrastructure and ensure a seamless experience for all creators and members, you may not:- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of the platform.

TeleMoi encourages creators to build educational communities, masterminds, business coaching groups, and digital courses. However, to protect our users and maintain the integrity of the platform, the following rules apply to all educational and coaching content:- Mandatory Disclaimers: Creators providing business, financial, health, or lifestyle coaching must explicitly include a disclaimer within their community or checkout page stating that their content is for educational or entertainment purposes only and does not constitute certified professional, legal, or financial advice.
- No Guarantee of Results: Educational communities on TeleMoi provide frameworks, tools, and education. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any creator's content for a particular purpose. Results vary based on individual effort and background.
- User Due Diligence: Members are strictly responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchasing access to any coaching program, course, or community. While TeleMoi strives to maintain a safe environment, we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the outcomes of any creator's content. Members are solely responsible for all decisions made in connection with their business or personal life and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
- Right to Restrict High-Risk Content: TeleMoi reserves the absolute right to cancel, suspend, or permanently ban any community, content, or creator that we determine—at our sole discretion—poses a high financial risk to users, utilizes predatory or misleading marketing, or otherwise lowers the integrity and safety of the TeleMoi platform.
