TeleMoi Rules

TeleMoi Community Guidelines & Moderation Rules

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Last Updated: September 2026

TeleMoi is a direct-to-fan platform that provides software infrastructure for independent creators and group administrators (“Admins”) to build and run their own communities. To keep TeleMoi safe, welcoming, and productive, all Admins and Members must follow these Community Guidelines.
These rules function alongside our Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in account restriction, removal of content, forfeiture of earnings, or permanent removal from the platform.

1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Discrimination

Harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited anywhere on TeleMoi, regardless of race, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or disability.
Prohibited conduct includes:
  • Abusive, degrading, or threatening comments directed at an individual or group.
  • Stalking, persistent unwanted contact, or tracking users across groups.
  • Unsolicited sexual remarks, advances, or graphic imagery.
  • Targeted disruption or coordinated trolling inside communities.
  • Publishing private communications, personal addresses, phone numbers, or private details without express consent (doxxing).
  • Continuing one-on-one direct messaging after being asked to stop.

2. Severe Safety Violations (Immediate Platform Action)

The following conduct is considered a critical safety violation. It bypasses local group moderation and will result in immediate, platform-level termination and referral to law enforcement or national reporting agencies:
  • Child Exploitation: Any content, conduct, or messaging involving or exploiting minors.
  • Direct Threats of Violence: Explicit plans or threats to cause physical injury or death.
  • Incitement to Violence: Encouraging mob attacks, hate crimes, or physical assaults.
  • Promotion of Self-Harm or Suicide: Encouraging or instructing self-harm or suicide.

3. Platform Moderation Structure & Reporting Process

TeleMoi provides hosting infrastructure; every community on TeleMoi is owned, managed, and moderated independently by its respective Admin. Because community culture and house rules are set by the individual creator, disputes must follow our Two-Tier Resolution Process, with strict exceptions for emergencies.

Individual User Controls (Personal Moderation)

All users—whether you are an Admin, a Member, a Client, or a Fan—have access to personal safety tools. You have the full ability to mute, or restrict any other user on the platform. If someone is bothering you, we encourage you to use these personal restriction tools immediately to cut off their access to your profile and direct messages.

The Emergency Bypass (Simultaneous Reporting)

If a violation involves child exploitation, direct threats of violence, stalking, severe illegal acts, or self-harm (as outlined in Section 2), DO NOT WAIT.
  1. Prioritize Physical Safety First: If you receive direct threats of physical harm, or if you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or national law enforcement agency immediately (such as 911, 112, or 999, depending on your country). TeleMoi cannot dispatch emergency services, but we cooperate fully with lawful investigations by local authorities regarding threats made on our platform.
  2. Report to TeleMoi and the Admin: Immediately and simultaneously report the incident to both the group Admin and TeleMoi Trust & Safety so we can secure the platform and preserve evidence.

Tier 1: Local Group Resolution (For standard harassment, spam, and disputes)

  1. Report to the Admin: If you experience harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior within a specific community, your first step is to report the issue directly to that group’s Admin or designated community moderators.
  2. Admin Authority: Admins have full operational control to restrict, silence, or eject offending users from their private spaces.
  3. Response Window: You must allow the Admin at least forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours to review the situation and take corrective action before escalating the matter to TeleMoi.

Tier 2: TeleMoi Platform Escalation

You may escalate a standard dispute to TeleMoi Trust & Safety only if:
  • The group Admin explicitly refuses to address ongoing harassment or severe violations of our global Acceptable Use Policy;
  • The Admin has failed to take action or respond within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving your complaint; or
  • The group Admin is the party engaging in the harassment.

4. How to Submit an Escalation or Emergency Report to TeleMoi

When escalating a dispute to platform management or reporting an Emergency/Critical Safety Violation, use our official support channels: Required Report Details:
To allow our team to act swiftly, your report must include:
  1. The username of the offending party and the specific community URL.
  2. Direct links or screenshots of the violating content.
  3. For standard disputes: Proof that you contacted the group Admin and that seventy-two (72) hours have passed without resolution (or evidence of the Admin's refusal to act).
  4. For emergencies: Explicitly state "URGENT SAFETY ISSUE" in your message so our team can prioritize the review.

5. Platform Enforcement and Admin Accountability

  • Review: TeleMoi Trust & Safety will assess claims against our global Terms and Conditions.
  • Remedies: If a user violates global rules, TeleMoi may suspend their account platform-wide, block their IP, or remove their access across all communities.
  • Admin Compliance: Admins who repeatedly permit, encourage, or refuse to moderate severe harassment, child exploitation, copyright theft, or illegal activity inside their groups will have their entire community suspended, monetization privileges frozen, and platform access terminated.
  • Bad-Faith Reports: Submitting deliberately fabricated, retaliatory, or weaponized reports against other creators or users will result in penalties against the reporting account.
